Returns and refunds are case-by-case. Packages and products are constructed properly prior to their shipping journey.

Items not eligible for return and refund: On sale, gift cards, finished custom/commissions.

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at lichen shrines' discretion.
